摘　　要：高校宿舍运维管理涉及学生生活、学习等各个方面,是保障学生在校生活质量的重要基础.西南大学建校历史悠久,多数学生宿舍存在不同程度损坏老化,学生宿舍的维修管理愈发困难.本文结合学校近3年来的宿舍报修数据,结合大数据分析方法从不同方面指出了宿舍维修所存在的问题,最后针对管理运维提出了几条改进优化措施.The operation and Maintenance Management of college dormitory is related to students'life,study and other aspects.And it is an important basis to ensure the quality of students'life on campus.The Southwest University has a long history,thus most of the student dormitories have varying degrees of wear and tear.So the maintenance and management of student dormitories are becoming increasingly difficult.Using the method of big data analysis,We point out the problems of dormitory maintenance from different aspects based on related 3-year data.At last,we put forward some improving and optimizing measures for management and operation.
