摘　　要：肉豆蔻科植物具有较高的经济价值,是具有较高开发潜力的树种。采集2种野生肉豆蔻科植物——云南内毛楠和风吹楠的种子进行表型变异研究和育苗试验,从种子表型性状、种子萌发率及1年生苗木生长状况3个方面对其适应性进行了评价与分析。结果表明云南内毛楠萌发率较高,但1年苗木长势弱于风吹楠,就造林效果而言,风吹楠更具优势,2类种子的萌发过程对水分、温度要求较高,适宜在热带湿润地区造林。Myristicaceae plants have high economic value and development potential.Seeds of two wild Myristicaceae plants,Endocomia macrocoma subsp.prainii(King)W.J.de Wilde and Endocomia macrocoma ssp.prainii,were collected for phenotypic variation research and seedling cultivation experiments.The adaptability were evaluated and analyzed from three aspects:seed phenotypic traits,seed germination rate,and one-year seedling growth.The results showed that the germination rate of Endocomia macrocoma subsp.prainii(King)W.J.de Wilde was higher,but the one-year seedling growth was weaker compared with Endocomia macrocoma ssp.prainii.In terms of afforestation effect,Endocomia macrocoma ssp.prainii had more advantages.The seed germination process of the two species had high requirements for water and temperature,suitable for afforestation in tropical humid areas.
