摘　　要：目的分析固定成分献血者健康体检结果,了解常州地区固定成分献血者身体现状,为进一步实施成分献血者健康管理提供参考依据。方法选取2019-2021年常州地区年均成分献血10次以上并且接受健康体检的210例献血者为研究对象。分别统计体检指标的异常情况。结果210例固定成分献血人群结构特征以46-55岁男性居多,整体结构趋于高龄化。体检指标异常检出率依次为,血脂异常率34.86%>SF低值率18.86%>FPG高值率16%>UA高值率12%>RDW高值率4%>GLB低值率2.86%。结论采供血机构开展献血者健康管理,通过有针对性的健康教育和行为干预,个性化定制献血频率和献血类型,有利于建立一支固定健康的献血者队伍,充分保障献血者和临床用血安全,助力迈向健康中国2030年。Objective The results of the health physical examination of fixed component donors were analyzed to understand the physical status of fixed component donors in Changzhou,so as to provide a ref-erence for further implementing the health management of component donors.Method From 2019 to 2021,210 blood donors were selected as the research subjects.The abnormal situation of the physical ex-amination indicators were counted separately.Results The structural features of 210 fixed component blood donors were mostly men aged 46-55 years,and the overall structure tends to be older.The detection rate of abnormal physical examination index was in order,and the rate of dyslipidemia 34.86%>SF low value rate 18.86%>FPG high value rate 16%>UA high value rate 12%>RDW high value rate 4%>GLB low value rate 2.86%.Conclusion Blood collection and supply institutions carry out health manage-ment of blood donors.Through targeted health education and behavioral intervention,personalized blood donation frequency and blood donation types,it is conducive to the establishment of a fixed healthy team of blood donors,fully guarantee the safety of blood donors and clinical blood use,and help to achieve healthy China 2030.
