摘　　要：确定马尾松(Pinus massoniana Lamb.)林木资源价值是实现马尾松林资源经营与管理的重要组成。本研究以黄山学院试验林地的马尾松林为研究对象,利用重置成本法、收获现值法、市场价倒算法对马尾松幼龄林、中龄林立木资源进行价值核算,为制定马尾松立木资源管理制度、马尾松林可持续经营管理提供依据。结果表明:试验林地马尾松林总评估值为52.07万元,其中幼龄林0.23万元,中龄林51.84万元。马尾松幼龄林、中龄林分别适宜使用重置成本法、市场价倒算法进行核算,单位面积马尾松幼龄林评估值为1.83万元·hm~(-2),单位面积马尾松中龄林评估值为7.05万元·hm~(-2)。Determining the resource value of Pinus massoniana Lamb.forest is an important part of realizing the management of Pinus massoniana forest resources.In this study,the Pinus massoniana forest in the experimental forest of Huangshan University was taken as the research object,and the value of the standing wood resources of young and middle-aged Pinus massoniana forests was calculated by using the replacement cost method,the harvest present value method and the market price down algorithm.This study provides a basis for formulating the management system of Pinus massoniana Lamb.standing wood resources and the sustainable management of Pinus massoniana forest.The results showed that the total evaluation value of Pinus massoniana forest in the experimental forest was 520700 yuan,including 2300 yuan for young forest and 518400 yuan for middle-aged forest.The replacement cost method and the market price down algorithm are suitable for the accounting of young and middle-aged Pinus massoniana forests.It had been found that the evaluation value of young Pinus massoniana forest per unit area was 18300 yuan·hm-2,and the evaluation value of middle-aged Pinus massoniana forest per unit area was 70500 yuan·hm-2.
