TPB视角下大学生志愿服务意愿影响因素实证分析

摘　　要：志愿服务是高校立德树人的重要载体,分析大学生志愿服务意愿影响因素,对于提高大学生参加志愿服务的积极性和发挥志愿服务育人功效具有重要意义。基于TPB理论视角,以宿州学院365位在校学生为有效样本数据,利用结构方程模型分析大学生志愿服务意愿的影响因素。研究发现:大学生志愿服务态度和知觉行为控制对志愿服务意愿具有正向显著影响,且知觉行为控制对大学生志愿服务意愿影响更大,主观规范对大学生志愿服务意愿没有显著影响。Volunteer service is an important carrier of moral education in colleges and universities.Analyzing the influencing factors of college students’willingness to volunteer service is of great significance for improving the enthusiasm of college students to participate in volunteer service and giving full play to the effect of volunteer service in educating people.Based on the perspective of TPB theory,this paper took 365 students of Suzhou University as valid sample data,and used structural equation modeling to analyze the influencing factors of college students’willingness to volunteer service.The study found that college students’attitude towards volunteer service and perceived behavioral control had a positive and significant impact on willingness to volunteer service,and perceived behavioral control had a greater impact on willingness to volunteer service,while subjective norms had no significant effect on willingness to volunteer service.
