影响涉农专业毕业生留省就业因素分析及对策研究——以吉林省属高校吉林农业科技学院为例

摘　　要：高校毕业生就业工作是整个社会就业工作的重要组成部分,是反映高等教育质量的重要标志,也是办好人民满意的高等教育最直接的体现。面对全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程,各地都需要一大批高素质优秀人才去砥砺奋进,这就要求高校要把毕业生“稳就业”放在就业工作“六稳”的首位,尤其是一些涉农高校,促进涉农高校毕业生留省就业,既是国计、民生,也是省情,事关每位大学生的切身利益、地方发展和企业未来。吉林省是高等教育大省,同时也是农业大省,而目前涉农高校的毕业生流失现象严重,并没有较好的措施加以解决或者改善。本文结合吉林省实际,以吉林省属高校吉林农业科技学院为例,通过分析影响涉农专业毕业生留省就业创业因素,总结出一些涉农高校毕业生留省工作促进策略,以供各高校借鉴和参考。The employment of college graduates is an important part of the employment of the whole society,an important symbol of the quality of higher education,and the most direct embodiment of running the satisfactory education to the people.In the face of the new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,a large number of high-quality talents are needed all over the country to forge ahead,which requires colleges and universities to put“stable employment”of graduates at the top of the“six stabilities”in employment work,especially some agriculture-related colleges and universities.To promote agriculture-related college graduates to employ in the local province is the national plan,people’s livelihood and also the province situation.It concerns each college student’s vital interest,local development and the future of enterprises.Jilin Province is a big province not only in higher education,but also in agriculture.At present,the loss of agricultural graduates is serious,but there are no good measures to solve or improve it.Based on the actual situation of Jilin Province,this paper takes Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology University as an example to analyze the factors that affect the graduates of agriculture-related majors to stay in Jilin Province to find jobs and start their own businesses,and sums up some promoting strategies for agricultural graduates to stay in the local province for reference.
