摘  要:教育教学质量是高校生存和实现持续健康发展的生命线,关系着整个高等教育发展的未来。作为育人的根本途径,教育教学评价是当前针对教育教学工作所采取的一项重要管理措施。为确保评价体系建立的全面性、科学性和可操作性,从教育教学评价的基本功能、所循原则和大体步骤着手进行分析,提出了评价要素的确立、机构的设置、模式的选用等评价体系构建策略。The quality of education and teaching is the lifeline for the survival and sustainable healthy development of colleges and universities,and also is related to the future of the development of the whole higher education.As the fundamental way to educate people,education and teaching evaluation is an important management measure currently taken for education and teaching work.In order to ensure the comprehensiveness,scientificity and operability of the evaluation system,this paper analyzes the basic functions,principles and general steps of the education and teaching evaluation,and puts forward some evaluation system construction strategies such as the establishment of evaluation elements,the setting of institutions,and the selection of models.
