摘　　要：新时代我国高等教育对外开放背景下,培养具有国际眼光、通悉国际规则的复合型、创新型国际化人才具有重要的现实意义。地方高等院校数量多、分布广,是我国高等教育的重要力量,担负着教育强国的重大历史使命,为国家发展培养一批合格的国际化人才责无旁贷。本文立足地方高校现实需求、自身特色和客观制约,力争围绕理念明晰、课程设计、师资运用、渠道拓宽、体系完善等方面,探索地方高校开展国际化人才培育的可行路径。Under the background of the opening up of higher education in China in the new era,it is of great practical significance to cultivate compound and innovative international talents with global vision and understanding of international rules.With a large number and wide distribution,local colleges and universities are an important force of China’s higher education,which shoulder the major historical mission of great education country and are duty bound to train qualified international talents for national development.Based on the actual needs of local universities,their own characteristics and objective constraints,this paper tries to explore the feasible path for local universities to carry out international talent cultivation in terms of clear concepts,curriculum design,teacher utilization,channel expansion and system improvement.
