摘　　要：[研究目的]构建国家安全战略学有利于完善国家安全学学科体系和国家安全专门人才培养体系,也有利于为国家安全战略的制定和实施提供学科上的智力支持,为维护国家安全做出学术界的应有贡献。[研究方法]通过分析当前构建国家安全战略学已经初步具备的法律基础、政治基础、文本基础和实践基础,进一步论证国家安全战略学的基本内容和国家安全战略学的体系构建。[研究结论]制定国家安全战略的依据、国家安全战略的指导方针、国家安全战略的中长期目标、重点领域的国家安全政策、国家安全战略的实施手段等是国家安全战略学研究的基本内容。国家安全战略学体系的构建涵盖国家安全战略学的学科体系、学术体系和话语体系建设,目标是构建有中国特色、中国风格、中国气派的国家安全战略学。[Research purpose]The construction of national security strategy discipline is conducive to improving the discipline system of national security discipline and the cultivating system of national security professionals,providing intellectual support for the formulation and implementation of national security strategy,and making due contributions to the maintenance of national security.[Research method]By analyzing the legal basis,political basis,text basis,and practical basis of constructing national security strategy at present,the basic content and system construction of national security strategy discipline are further demonstrated.[Research conclusion]The basis for formulating national security strategy,the guiding principles of national security strategy,the medium and long-term goals of national security strategy,the national security policies in key areas,and the implementation means of national security strategy are the basic contents of national security strategy discipline research.The construction of national security strategy discipline covers the construction of discipline system,academic system and discourse system of national security strategy discipline.The construction of national security strategy discipline system covers the constructions of discipline system,academic system and discourse system of national security strategy discipline,with the goal of building national security strategy discipline with China characteristics,China style and China manner.
