摘 要:风险文化理论的提出是对现代性进行深入反思和研究的基础上获得的重大理论成果。风险社会是认知和反思现代性的基本理论维度,它也许会随着时代文化的变迁而发生转变,但并不能被相对单一的风险文化彻底地取而代之,这主要因为在风险社会视阈下,以拉什为代表的风险文化理论充斥着重重悖论,而且这些悖论也使得风险文化的乌托邦昭然若揭。对风险文化的深入批判为我们从文化视角对风险进行科学治理提供了一个全新的理论视野。Proposing the theory of risk culture is the important theoretical results,which is obtained on the base of deeply rethinking and studying modernity.Risk society is the basic theoretic dimension for perceiving and rethinking modernity,it may be changed with the cultural transition of the times,but it can not be radically replaced by the relatively simplex risk culture.This is mainly because the risk culture theory represented by Rush is full of paradoxes from the perspective of risk society,and these paradoxes make the Utopia of risk culture as clear as daylight.The in-depth criticism about risk culture provides a brand-new theory vision for governing risk from cultural perspective.
