摘  要:为解决渤海油田普2b类稠油(350*~10000 mPa·s)常规冷采产能低、注蒸汽热采受限、经济门槛过高而导致动用困难的问题,基于渤海油田大功率地层加热电缆试制现状,以单井经济累产油为约束,采用数值模拟方法研究了地层电加热技术的油藏适用条件,并用正交设计方法分析了控制功率、控制温度以及预热时间这3个生产因素对累产油和井底温度的影响程度。结果表明:1)电加热适用的油藏条件是地层原油黏度为350*~3000 mPa·s,油层纯厚度不小于8 m,渗透率大于1000 mD,原始含油饱和度不小于0.65,边水水体倍数不大于5,布井距离边水大于200 m。2)影响电加热累产油的生产因素依次为控制温度、预热时间和控制功率,影响井底温度的生产因素依次为控制温度、控制功率和预热时间。3)根据油藏条件,初步筛选出1口目标井B1,油层厚度为10 m,地层原油黏度为2300 mPa·s,水平段长度为310 m。与常规冷采相对比,电加热可增油46%,可为海上此类油藏有效开发提供新思路。In order to solve the problems of low conventional cold recovery productivity,limited steam injection and thermal recovery,and high economic threshold of 2b ordinary heavy oil(350*~10000 mPa·s)in Bohai Oilfields,which lead to difficulty in production,based on the trial status of high-power heating cables in Bohai Oilfields,constrained by the economic cumulative oil production of single well,the reservoir application conditions of electric heating formation technology were studied by using numerical simulation method,the influence degree of three production factors including control power,control temperature and preheating time on cumulative oil production and bottom hole temperature was analyzed by orthogonal design method.The results show that:1)The applicable reservoir conditions of electric heating are:the viscosity of formation crude oil is 350*~3000 mPa·s,the pure thickness of oil layer is not less than 8 m,the permeability is greater than 1000 mD,the original oil saturation is not less than 0.65,the water multiple of edge water is not more than 5,and the distance between wells and edge water is more than 200 m.2)The production factors that affect the cumulative oil production by electric heating are in the order of control temperature,preheating time and control power,and the production factors that affect the bottom hole temperature are in the order of control temperature,control power and preheating time.3)According to the reservoir conditions,a target well B1 was initially screened,with a reservoir thickness of 10 m,formation crude oil viscosity is 2300 mPa·s,and horizontal section length is 310 m.Compared with conventional cold production,electric heating can increase oil by 46%,which can provide a new idea for the effective development of such offshore reservoirs.
