垃圾焚烧飞灰浸出液制备硫酸钙和碳酸钙

摘　　要：利用硫酸钠和碳酸钠回收垃圾焚烧飞灰浸取液中的钙离子制备硫酸钙和碳酸钙。分别采用硫酸钠和碳酸钠联用及单一碳酸钠两种方案。结果表明,前者制得的硫酸钙和碳酸钙的纯度和白度分别达到99.44%、95.1%和97.07%、96.6%,后者制得的碳酸钙纯度和白度分别达到97.04%和95.1%,而钙离子回收率分别为97.21%和96.44%;硫酸钙、碳酸钙产品质量分别符合GB/T 5483-2008《天然石膏》特级标准和HG/T 2226-2019《普通工业沉淀碳酸钙》中橡胶、涂料、造纸、塑料工业用途的标准要求。本研究为飞灰资源化应用提供了新的方法,具有良好的应用前景。In this paper,calcium sulfate and calcium carbonate were prepared by adding sodium sulfate and sodium carbonate to recover calcium ions from municipal solid waste incineration(MSWI)fly ash leach.There are two methods that one is using sodium sulfate and sodium carbonate,the other is sodium carbonate alone.The results show that the purity and whiteness of calcium sulfate and calcium carbonate produced by the former were 99.44%,95.1%and 97.07%,96.6%,respectively,while the purity and whiteness of calcium carbonate produced by the latter reached 97.04%and 95.1%,respectively,The recoveries of calcium ions were 97.21%and 96.44%,respectively;The quality of calcium sulfate and calcium carbonate products are in line with the excellent standard of GB/T 5483-2008"Natural Gypsum"and the standard requirements of rubber,paint,paper making and plastics industrial uses of HG/T 2226-2019"Ordinary Industrial Precipitate Calcium Carbonate".This research provided a new way for the resource utilization of fly ash recycling,and its application prospect is very good.
