摘 要:以钼尾矿、矿渣、熟料和石膏为主要原料,制备多固废胶凝材料。研究钼尾矿掺量对净浆试块力学性能的影响,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)等分析钼尾矿胶凝材料的水化反应机理。结果表明,随着钼尾矿掺量的增加,胶凝材料净浆试块抗压强度逐渐降低,胶凝材料中较适宜的钼尾矿掺量为30%,净浆试块28 d抗压强度可达到43.10 MPa。钼尾矿废渣胶凝材料的水化产物主要是钙矾石(AFt)和水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)凝胶,多种水化产物相互交织,促进试块强度增长。The multiple waste cementitious material was prepared with molybdenum tailings,slag,clinker and gypsum as main raw materials.The influence of molybdenum tailings content on the mechanical properties of the net pulp test block was studied.The hydration reaction mechanism of the cementitious material of molybdenum tailings was analyzed with XRD,FT-IR and SEM.The results showed that with the increase of molybdenum tailings content,the compressive strength of cementitious material gradually decreased.The suitable molybdenum tailings content was 30%,and the compressive strength of the net pulp test block of 28 d could reach 43.10 MPa.The hydration products of the cementing material were mainly AFt and C-S-H gel,and a variety of hydration products were interweaving,which promoted the growth of the strength of the test block.
