摘  要:为解决传统含硫激发剂对环境造成的不利影响,弥补单一激发剂使用时体系存在流动度低的问题,采用CaCO_(3)与CaSiO_(3)进行复合,设计出新型无硫复合激发剂,并分析其对固硫灰渣水泥胶砂性能的影响机制。结果表明,利用碳酸盐与硅酸盐之间的协同作用,促进了固硫灰渣的水化历程,解决了激发剂单独使用时体系存在流动度比低的问题。其中,当碳酸钙掺量为1.2%,硅酸钙掺量为0.018%时,所产生激发效果优于硫酸盐类材料,使体系流动度比提高10%,同时抗压活性仍保持在较高的水平。To solve the adverse impact of traditional sulfur-containing activators on the environment and make up for the problem of low flow in the system when a single activator is used,a new sulfur-free composite activator is designed by combining CaCO_(3) and CaSiO_(3),and the mechanism of its influence on the performance of sulfur-fixing ash cement mortar is analyzed.The results show that the synergistic effect between carbonate and silicate is utilized to promote the hydration course of the solid sulfur ash and solve the problem of the low fluidity ratio of the system when the exciter is used alone.Among them,when the content of calcium carbonate is 1.2%and the content of calcium silicate is 0.018%,its excitation effect is better than that of sulfate-type activators,which improves the fluidity ratio of the system by 10%,and maintains a high level of compressive activity.
