摘　　要：农业发展关乎国计民生,农村工作是社会稳定的基础。实施乡村振兴战略,是新时代满足农民美好生活需要的一项重大举措。农村基层党组织是乡村振兴战略领导者、政策基层执行者、农民利益代表者和改革创新推动者。加快西藏边境地区乡村振兴,关键在于加强农村基层党组织建设。进入新发展阶段,要聚焦农村基层党组织思想引领能力、队伍建设能力、组织领导能力和服务能力提升,把基层党组织建设成坚强战斗堡垒以高质量推进乡村振兴。Agricultural development is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,and rural work is the foundation of social stability.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is a major measure to meet the needs of farmers for a better life in the new era.The rural grassroots Party organizations are the leaders of the rural revitalization strategy,the grassroots implementors of policies,the representatives of farmers’interests and the promoters of reform and innovation.The key to accelerating rural revitalization in Xizang’s border areas is to strengthen the building of grassroots Party organizations in rural areas.Entering the new stage of development,it is necessary to focus on the improvement of the ideological leading ability,team building ability,organizational leadership ability and service ability of rural grass-roots Party organizations,and build grassroots Party organizations into strong fighting fortresses to promote rural revitalization with high quality.
