摘　　要：市域社会治理现代化是国家治理体系现代化的重要一环,西藏市域社会治理能力的提升对国家整体治理能力的提升有着重要的推动作用。法治化是市域社会治理现代化的标志和重要保障,西藏市域社会治理现代化最重要的抓手和最大的保障就是依法治藏。本文将从西藏市域社会治理现代化的内在逻辑入手,阐释西藏市域社会治理法治化的基本要义,展现当前西藏市域社会治理法治化实践图景,并以此分析制约新时代西藏市域社会治理法治化的问题挑战,继而探索性地提出实现当下及未来西藏市域社会治理法治化的最优路径。The modernization of urban social governance is an important part of the modernization of the national governance system.The improvement of the urban social governance capacity in Xizang plays an important role in promoting the overall national governance capacity.The rule of law is the symbol and important guarantee of the modernization of urban social governance,the most important starting point and the biggest guarantee for the modernization of urban social governance in Xizang is to govern Xizang according to law.Starting from the internal logic of the modernization of urban social governance in Xizang,this paper explains its basic essence,shows its current practical picture of legalization,and analyzes the problems and challenges that restrict the legalization of urban social governance in Xizang in the new era.Then the paper puts forward the optimal path of realizing the current and future social governance in Xizang.
