摘　　要：以中国式现代化推进中华民族伟大复兴,是新时代新阶段中国共产党团结带领各族人民为之奋斗的中心任务,高质量发展是中国式现代化的本质要求,是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务。城镇化与现代化建设目标相容、路径相通。新型城镇化是全面建成社会主义现代化强国的重要目标和高质量发展的内在要求,新型城镇化高质量发展是新时代新阶段的大逻辑。新型城镇化高质量发展进程中,数字经济正发挥着无可取代的战略性关键作用,数字经济是新型城镇化高质量发展的全新动能和重大引擎。在创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享方面推动新型城镇化,是数字经济赋能新型城镇化迈上高质量发展新台阶的内在机理。数字经济助推产业提质增效、扩大城乡消费、推动基础设施提档升级、助力基层治理精细化现代化,是数字经济赋能新型城镇化高质量发展的路径选择。新时代新阶段,要以强化城镇数字基座类新基建、促进数字经济发展壮大、深度融合数字经济与实体经济、数字化赋能推进乡村振兴、数字化引领绿色低碳发展、提升民生领域和公共服务智慧化水平、优化数字经济发展营商环境,推动新型城镇化高质量发展。Promoting the great rejuvenation of China through Chinese-style modernization is the central task for which the Communist Party of China is leading the people of all ethnic groups in the new era and new stage.High-quality development is the essential requirement of Chinese-style modernization and the primary task of comprehensively building a modern socialist country.Urbanisation and modernization are compatible in terms of goals and paths.New-style urbanization is an important goal of building a strong socialist modern country and an inherent requirement for high-quality development,and high-quality development of new-type urbanization is a major logic in the new era and new stage.In the process of high-quality development of new urbanization,the digital economy is playing an irreplaceable and strategic key role,and the digital economy is a new dynamic energy and a major engine for the high-quality development of new urbanization.Promoting a new type of urbanization in terms of innovation,coordination,greeness,openness and sharing is the intrinsic mechanism of the digital economy empowering a new type of urbanization to take a new step towards high-quality development.The digital economy is the path choice for the high-quality development of the new type of urbanization empowered by the digital economy by boosting the quality and efficiency of industries,expanding urban and rural consumption,promoting the upgrading of infrastructure and helping to modernize and refine grassroots governance.In the new era and new stage,we should promote the high-quality development of the new urbanization by strengthening the new infrastructure of the digital base category in towns and cities,promoting the development and growth of the digital economy,deeply integrating the digital economy with the real economy,digitally empowering the promotion of rural revitalisation,digitally leading green and low-carbon development,enhancing the wisdom of livelihood areas and public services,and optimising the business environment for the dev
