摘 要:现代文化市场体系是文化商品市场及其要素市场相互联系相互作用而形成的有机统一体,是我国文化产业健康发展的基础,有利于文化企业最大化发挥以社会效益为首的两个效益,促进文化强国目标的早日实现。为此,我们要把握好文化市场的六大核心问题,即产品的双重属性、资源的稀缺性、产品的消费者需求、价值实现的版权制度、产品生产的市场组织与调节、产业链的相关性。政府、业界及学界对这些规律的深度理解与实践应用,是现代文化市场体系不断健全的重要保障。The modern cultural market system is an organic unity formed by the interaction between the cultural commodity market and its factor market.It is the basis for the healthy development of Chinese cultural industry,which is conducive for cultural enterprises to maximize the double benefits dominated by the social benefits of cultural enterprises,and promote the early realization of the goal of cultural power.So,we should grasp the six laws of the cultural market,that is,the dual attributes of products,the scarcity of resources,the consumer demand for products,the copyright system for the realization of value,the market organization and regulation of product production,and the relevance of the industrial chain.The deep understanding and practical application of these laws by the government,industry and academic community is an important guarantee for the continuous improvement of the modern cultural market system.
