摘　　要：近百年来,全球气候呈现出持续变暖的总体趋势,不仅对整个自然生态环境产生了影响,而且对经济系统的可持续发展造成冲击,这一背景催生了气候变化经济学的出现和发展,但是气候变化对经济系统影响的传导机制及其微观基础仍不清晰。马克思主义从劳动力价值、剩余价值和级差地租三个方面有效奠定了气候变化经济学的微观理论基础。单个劳动力的价值受到气候变化的显著影响,全球性的气候变化会导致极端天气发生的频率和强度增加,影响劳动力生产、发展、维持和延续所必需的生活资料的价值,进而最终影响劳动力的价值。同时,气候变化导致的各种极端天气会影响必要劳动时间的长短,进而对剩余价值产生影响,而由于资本的逐利性,厂商榨取剩余劳动的行为也会做出相应调整。级差地租受到土地等级、肥力、地理位置和投资生产率的综合影响,气候变化通过影响土地肥力和土地位置作用于土地的级差地租。In the past hundred years,the global climate has shown the general trend of continuous warming,which not only has an impact on the whole natural ecological environment,but also has an impact on the sustainable development of the economic system.This background has given rise to the economics of climate change.Marxism has effectively laid the micro-theoretical foundation of climate change economics from the three aspects of labor force value,surplus value and differential land rent.The value of a single labor force is significantly affected by climate change.Global climate change will lead to an increase in the frequency and intensity of extreme weather,affecting the value of the means of life necessary for the production,development,maintenance and continuation of labor force,and ultimately affecting the value of labor force.At the same time,various extreme weather caused by climate change will affect the length of necessary labor time,and then affect the surplus value,and due to the profit-driven capital,the behavior of manufacturers extracting surplus labor will be adjusted accordingly.Grade of differential land rent is affected by a combination of land grade,fertility,geographical location and investment productivity,and climate change acts on differential land rent by affecting land fertility and land location.
