摘　　要：目的观察电针在女性乳腺癌保乳术中抗应激的作用。方法将70例行乳腺癌保乳术的女性患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。治疗组在手术全程进行电针诱导,对照组不进行任何干预。观察两组手术前后唾液皮质醇水平及不同时间点脑电双频指数(bispectral index,BIS)的变化情况,比较两组术后满意度。结果治疗组术后唾液皮质醇水平明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在切皮、手术结束时BIS值与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组术后满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论电针能有效降低女性乳腺癌保乳术术中唾液皮质醇水平,减少术中应激,提高患者术后满意度。Objective To observe the anti-stress effect of electroacupuncture in breast conserving surgery for female breast cancer. Method Seventy female patients who underwent breast-conserving surgery for breast cancer were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 35 cases in each group. The treatment group underwent electroacupuncture induction during the whole operation, while the control group did not undergo any intervention. The changes in salivary cortisol level and the bispectral index (BIS) at different time points were observed before and after surgery in the two groups, and the postoperative satisfaction was compared. Result The postoperative salivary cortisol level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The difference between the treatment group and the control group in terms of BIS values at the time of skin incision and at the end of operation was statistically significant (P<0.05). Postoperative satisfaction was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Electroacupuncture is effective in reducing intraoperative salivary cortisol levels, reducing intraoperative stress and improving postoperative patient satisfaction in women undergoing breast-conserving surgery.
