摘　　要：目的通过数据挖掘临床文献探讨单纯性肥胖的中医证治规律。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方医学期刊网及维普中文期刊服务平台1990年1月1日至2020年12月31日发表的中医治疗单纯性肥胖相关临床文献,筛选文献并进行数据化处理后,分别运用Excel 2016、SPSS 21.0及SPSS Modeler 18.0统计软件对规范后的录入信息进行频数、聚类及关联规则分析。结果共筛选纳入文献107篇,收集整理证型27个、证素16种、症状137个、经典方剂28首以及中药166味。其中,高频症状34种;高频证型8个,高频证素10个;高频方剂9首,治法上以补法、消法为主;高频药物10味,药类14类,聚类分析得出2类核心药类,4个处方,关联规则得出15味核心中药及27条核心药物组合。结论单纯性肥胖总属本虚标实,治疗时应补虚泻实,标本兼治。遣方以大柴胡汤、苍附导痰丸、苓桂术甘汤等为主,用药以补益药、利水渗湿药、清热药等,随症加减。此外,治疗单纯性肥胖的疗程设定为3个月及以上,并搭配生活方式干预对于提高治疗的有效率较为重要。Objective To explore the traditional Chinese medicines(TCM)syndrome and treatment rules of simple obesity through data mining of clinical literature.Methods Retrieved the Chinese Journal Full-text Database,Wanfang Medical Journal Network and VIP Chinese Journal Service Platform from January 1,1990 to December 31,2020 related to clinical literature on the treatment of simple obesity with TCM.After screening and data processing,the software of Excel 2016,SPSS 21.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 statistical software were used to analyze the frequency,clustering and association rules of the standardized input information.Results A total of 107 papers were screened and included,27 syndrome types,16 syndrome elements,137 symptoms,28 classic prescriptions,and 166 TCM were collected and sorted.Among them,there were 34 high-frequency symptoms,8 high-frequency syndrome types and 10 high-frequency syndrome elements,9 high-frequency prescriptions,mainly tonic and elimination methods,10 high-frequency drugs and 14 types of medicines,2 types of core drugs and 4 prescriptions were obtained by cluster analysis,and 15 core traditional Chinese medicines and 27 core drug combinations were obtained by association rules.Conclusion Simple obesity is always due to deficiency and excess,and should be treated by supplementing deficiency and reducing excess.The main prescriptions for condemnation are Dachaihu Decoction,Cangfu Daotan Pills,Linggui Zhugan Decoction,etc.,and the medicines are tonic,diuresis and dampness,and heat-clearing drugs.In addition,the course of treatment for simple obesity is set to 3 months or more,and it is important to combine lifestyle intervention to improve the effective rate of treatment.
