不同种源平榛生长性状变异特征及优良种源筛选

摘　　要：以黑龙江省西部地区引种栽植的4个省(自治区)12个种源平榛为研究对象,对其生长性状指标进行测定和综合评价,探讨不同种源平榛生长性状差异,筛选出适宜黑龙江省西部地区发展的优良平榛种源。结果表明:株高、冠幅、株丛枝数、果形指数、三径均值、坚果重、果仁重、出仁率8个性状指标在种源间有极显著差异(P<0.01);平榛坚果表型性状的变异程度差异较大,变异系数为7.55%~40.00%;平榛表型性状中株丛性状和叶片性状自身指标间显著相关,两者指标间的相关性较小;坚果表型性状中除果壳厚度外,其余性状之间均有显著相关性。聚类分析可将12个种源分为5类,其中,讷河种源为生长性状表现较好的一类,与主成分分析结果一致。初步筛选出讷河种源为黑龙江省西部地区优良平榛种源。Used 12 provenances of Corylus heterophylla Fisch.cultivated population in west of Heilongjiang Province as experimental materials,and phenotypic traits were determined to evaluate the relationship of characteristics.To discuss the variation in growth traits of Corylus heterophylla Fisch.,so as to screen out excellent germplasm suitable for the western area of Heilongjiang Province.The results showed that plant height,crown width,branch number,nut shape index,three average diameter,mass of single nut,kernel mass of nut and kernel rate indexes from different provenances had significant differences(P<0.01).Growth traits varied significantly among provenances of Corylus heterophylla Fisch.,the coefficient of variation was from 7.55%to 40.00%.The leaf traits and the trunk traits were significantly correlated between self-reflection,and less relevant between them.There was significant correlation between the phenotypic traits of nut except for shell thicnkess of nut.The results of cluster analysis showed that the 12 provenances were divided into 5 clusters,among which Nehe was in the provenance cluster with better growth traits,which was consistent with the results of principal component analysis.Nehe provenance is the first choice in the western area of Heilongjiang Province.
