氨基烤漆用丙烯酸树脂二级分散体的合成研究

摘　　要：以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、甲基丙烯酸为共聚单体,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为功能单体,过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯为引发剂,通过溶液聚合经相反转制备出水性丙烯酸树脂二级分散体,再与氨基树脂配备制成氨基烤漆。考察了溶剂、引发剂、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸等因素对分散体性能的影响。当引发剂用量为单体总量的2%(质量分数,后同)、甲基丙烯酸用量为3%、羟值为4%时能够得到综合性能最优异的丙烯酸二级分散体。With methyl methacrylate,styrene,butyl methacrylate,2-ethylhexyl acrylate and methacrylic acid as comonomers,2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate as functional monomer,tert-butyl benzoate peroxide as initiator,the aqueous acrylic resin secondary dispersion was prepared by phase inversion through solution polymerization,and then it was mixed with amino resin to make amino baking paint.In this experiment,the effects of solvent,initiator,2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid on the properties of the dispersion were investigated.When the dosage of initiator is 2%,the dosage of methacrylic acid is 3%,and the hydroxyl value is 4%,the acrylic secondary dispersion with the best comprehensive performance can be obtained.
