摘  要:以氟硅树脂、活性氢氧化铝、防霉抗藻剂、纳米二氧化钛、烷氧基单封端聚二甲基硅氧烷、异氰酸酯类固化剂和一些助剂等为主要原料,制备了绝缘子用防霉防青苔自清洁憎水绝缘涂料。结果表明,选用氟硅树脂作为基础成膜物能满足涂层的憎水和耐光解的要求,当活性氢氧化铝用量为60质量份时涂层的耐漏电起痕能到达TMA2.5级;当纳米二氧化钛用量为3质量份时涂层的光解指数为23 nmol/(L·min);当防霉抗藻剂用量为3质量份时涂层的防霉菌性和抗藻性可以达到0级;当烷氧基单封端聚二甲基硅氧烷用量为5质量份时涂层的憎水迁移性可以达到HC1级。Anti-mold and anti-moss self-cleaning hydrophobic insulation coatings for insulators were prepared with fluorosilicone resin,active aluminum hydroxide,anti-mold and anti-algae agent,nano titanium dioxide,alkoxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane,isocyanate curing agent and some additives as the main raw materials.The results show that using fluorosilicone resin as the basic film-forming material can meet the requirements of hydrophobicity and photolysis resistance of the coatings.When the dosage of active aluminum hydroxide is 60 parts by mass(weight,the same below),the coatings’proof tracking can reach TMA2.5 level;when the dosage of nano titanium dioxide is 3 parts by mass,the photolysis index of the coatings is 23 nmol/(L·min);when the dosage of anti-mold and anti-algae agent is 3 parts by mass,the anti-mold and anti-algae performance of the coatings can reach 0 level;when the dosage of alkoxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane is 5 parts by mass,the hydrophobic migration of the coatings can reach HC1 level.
