水性钢桶外用涂料抗流挂性探究

摘　　要：以水性树脂和水性氨基树脂为主要成膜物,搭配触变剂并通过控制体系的pH值,制备了抗流挂性能良好的水性钢桶用涂料。考察了触变剂种类和用量以及不同含量的助溶剂对水性钢桶用涂料抗流挂性能的影响。结果表明:在水性树脂和水性氨基树脂作为成膜物时,搭配改性膨润土类的触变剂,控制后添加助溶剂的质量分数在8%~12%时,涂膜的抗流挂性能达到100μm以上。With waterborne resin and waterborne amino resin as the main film-forming materials,combined with a thixotropic agent,and through controlling the pH value of the system,waterborne steel barrel coatings with good sagging resistance were prepared.The effects of the types and dosages of thixotropic agents as well as different dosages of cosolvents on the sagging resistance of waterborne steel barrel coatings were investigated.The results show that when waterborne resin and waterborne amino resin are used as film-forming materials,combined with modified bentonite-based thixotropic agents,and the added cosolvent is controlled at 8%~12%,the sagging resistance of the coatings film can reach over 100μm.
