摘  要:为降低涂料用稀释剂成本,满足工业涂料发展的需要,实验开发出一种低成本的环氧稀释剂(X95),并对其稀释后涂料的黏度及涂层的表观状态、附着力、耐冲击等性能进行了研究。研究发现,相比于原稀释剂,稀释剂X95对应涂层附着力和60°光泽相对较高,涂层表面无明显缺陷,50 kg·cm冲击试验后涂层无脱落,总体表现出比原稀释剂更低的成本和更优的适配性。In order to reduce the cost of diluent for coatings and meet the needs of the development of industrial coatings,a low-cost epoxy diluent(X95)was developed through experiments,and the viscosity of the coatings after dilution,the coatings’apparent state,adhesion,impact resistance and other properties were studied.It was found that compared with the original diluent,X95 diluent realized higher adhesion and 60°gloss of the coatings.No obvious defects were found on the surface of the coatings,and the coatings did not fall off after the 50 kg·cm impact test,showing lower cost and better adaptability than the original diluent.
