摘  要:为研究蓝莓无糖组培技术在种苗生产中的关键技术因素,以绿宝石品种的常规组培苗为试验对象,研究不同植物生长调节剂及浓度、固体基质和营养液比例(固液比)及抑菌剂对蓝莓组培苗生根和污染的情况,以期为今后蓝莓无糖组培方案的进一步优化以及蓝莓产业优质种苗生产提供科学依据。结果表明:改良WPM培养基添加1.0 mg/L IBA或1.0 mg/L NAA的营养液配方对蓝莓苗生根效果较好;1.80 L固体基质(蛭石)与1.25 L营养液的比例最佳,二者都能够很好地促进蓝莓苗的生根及增加根系数量和长度;植培净的抑菌效果最好,能够有效降低污染率至13.65%。In order to explore the key technical factors of sugar-free tissue culture technology of blueberry in seedling production,conventional tissue culture seedlings of‘Emerald’varieties were used as material.The effects of different plant growth regulators and concentrations,solid matrix and nutrient solution ratio(solid-liquid ratio)and antibacterial agents on the rooting and contamination of blueberry tissue culture seedlings were studied.In order to provide scientific basis for the further optimization of blueberry sugar-free tissue culture scheme and the production of high-quality seedlings in blueberry industry.The results showed that the improved WPM medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/L IBA or 1.0 mg/L NAA had better rooting effect on blueberry seedlings.The ratio of 1.80 L solid matrix(vermiculite)to 1.25 L nutrient solution was the best,both of which could promote the rooting of blueberry seedlings and increase the number and length of roots.The antibacterial effect of Zhipeijing was the best,which could effectively reduce the pollution rate to 13.65%.
