摘 要:铝在熔炼过程中需要通过精炼来去除气体和夹杂物,选择正确的精炼剂非常重要。通过应用试验表明,采用的新型精炼剂环保、无毒;无自发热现象,有效减少因熔渣自发热温度高带来的铝烧损问题;铝液与渣的分离效果好,且产渣量少,同样条件下产渣降低40%。Aluminum needs to be refined to remove gases and inclusions during the smelting process,and selecting the correct refining agent is very important.The application test shows that the new refining agent is environmentally friendly and non-toxic;no self-heating phenomenon,effectively reducing aluminum burning loss caused by high self-heating temperature of slag;the separation effect between aluminum liquid and slag is good,and the slag production is low.Under the same conditions,the slag production is reduced by 40%.
