摘  要:针对400系不锈钢酸洗过程生成的污泥悬浊物数量较大的问题,通过压滤机方式将酸洗污泥进行收集,对收集的酸洗污泥进行成分分析,发现混酸污泥的Cr、Fe元素含量接近高碳铬铁的金属含量。将混酸污泥替代高碳铬铁进行了Cr17型不锈钢冶炼试验,冶炼装置使用坩埚容量为2 kg的中频感应熔装置。通过试验发现,混酸污泥可替代高碳铬铁应用于不锈钢的冶炼生产,但工业化生产前应采取措施保证Cr元素的收得率。In response to the problem of a large amount of suspended sludge generated during the pickling process of 400 series stainless steel,the pickling sludge was collected using a filter press.The composition analysis of the collected pickling sludge revealed that the Cr and Fe element content of the mixed acid sludge was close to the metal content of high carbon chromium iron.Cr17 stainless steel smelting experiment was conducted using mixed acid sludge as a substitute for high carbon ferrochrome.The smelting device used a medium frequency induction melting device with a crucible capacity of 2 kg.Through experiments,it was found that mixed acid sludge can replace high carbon ferrochromium in the smelting production of stainless steel,but measures should be taken to ensure the recovery rate of Cr element before industrial production.
