摘 要:山钢日照公司为应对烧结固体燃料结构以及来料条件的变化,在原有燃料破碎系统设备不变的条件下,通过优化燃料破碎方式,由自产焦粉、外购焦粉单独破碎调整为二者混合破碎,混合破碎燃料粒度合格率为82.54%,与单独破碎外购焦粉相比,燃料粒度稳定性提升10.66%,烧结矿FeO命中率由88.09%增至92.92%,燃料粒度、烧结矿指标的控制稳定性提升明显。In order to cope with the changes in the structure of sintered solid fuel and the conditions of incoming materials,Rizhao Company of Shandong Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.optimized the fuel crushing mode from self-produced coke powder and purchased coke powder to mixed crushing,and the qualified rate of mixed crushed fuel particle size was 82.54%.Compared with the single crushing of purchased coke powder,the stability of fuel particle size was improved by 10.66%,and the FeO hit rate of sinter was increased from 88.09%to 92.92%.The control stability of fuel particle size and sinter index was obviously improved.
