摘　　要：从毛泽东到习近平,中国共产党在探索如何跳出“历史周期率”的问题上,给出的第一个答案是“人民民主”,第二个答案是“自我革命”。对一个长期执政的党来说,民主侧重于人民这一外在力量对党进行监督,自我革命侧重于党自身内在力量的自我净化。二者归一,说到底就是要贯彻落实党的“批评与自我批评”之优良传统和作风,不断清除侵蚀党的健康肌体的病毒,使党永葆青春。How to jump out of the cycle of history?"By people's democracy",or"By self-revolution",which are answers given by the Communist Party of China from Mao Zedong to Xi Jinping.For a party in power for a long time,democracy means that the people,as an external force,supervise the party while self-revolution means self-purification of the party itself.Generally speaking,it is necessary to implement the Party's fine tradition and style of"criticism and self-criticism",constantly remove the virus that infects the healthy body of the Party,and make the Party full of youthful vitality.
