型钢混凝土T形柱轴压性能分析

摘  要:为进一步研究配钢形式“方钢管+T型钢”型钢混凝土T形柱在轴心荷载作用下的受力性能,为型钢混凝土T形柱结构受力过程的非线性分析和抗震性能分析提供参考依据,利用ANSYS有限元软件建立普通混凝土T形柱轴压模型,通过与现有的试验结果对比验证模型的合理性。在此基础上,建立配钢形式为“方钢管+T型钢”型钢混凝土T形柱模型,对其轴压性能进行有限元分析,深入研究“方钢管+T型钢”的配钢形式对混凝土截面应力、钢筋应力和型钢应力的影响,同时定量分析配钢率这一参数变化对轴压性能的影响规律。结果表明:与普通混凝土T形柱相比,“方钢管+T型钢”型钢混凝土T形柱极限承载力显著提高,但此种配钢形式对T形柱极限承载力的提高作用随配箍特征值的增大而减小;型钢的加入使得“应力拱”现象不再明显,在箍筋约束区内形成型钢强约束区,主要集中在T型钢腹板区域和方钢管区域,混凝土截面应力分布更加均衡;随着配钢率增加,同等比例荷载下型钢混凝土T形柱混凝土截面平均应力减小,型钢应力得以充分发挥,承载力显著增加。In order to further study the mechanical performance of steel reinforced concrete T-shaped column with steel form of“square steel tube+T-shaped steel”under axial load and provide reference for the nonlinear analysis and seismic performance analysis of the stress process of steel reinforced concrete T-shaped column structure,the axial compression model of ordinary concrete T-shaped column was established by ANSYS finite element software.The rationality of the model was verified by comparing with the existing test results.On this basis,the model of“square steel tube+T-shaped steel”steel reinforced concrete T-shaped column was established,and its axial compression performance was analyzed by finite element method.The influences of the steel form of“square steel tube+T-shaped steel”on the stress of concrete section,reinforcement stress and steel stress were deeply studied,and the influence of the parameter change of steel ratio on the axial compression performance was quantitatively analyzed.The results show that compared with ordinary concrete T-shaped columns,the ultimate bearing capacity of“square steel tube+T-shaped steel”steel reinforced concrete T-shaped columns is significantly improved,but the effect of this steel distribution form on the ultimate bearing capacity of T-shaped columns decreases with the increase of stirrup characteristic value.The addition of steel makes the phenomenon of“stress arch”no longer obvious.The strong constraint area of steel is formed in the stirrup constraint area,which is mainly concentrated in the T-shaped steel web area and square steel tube area,and the stress distribution of concrete section is more balanced.With the increase of steel ratio,the average stress of section of T-shaped concrete column decreases under the same proportional load,the stress of steel is fully exerted,and the bearing capacity is significantly increased.
