摘 要:为更有效探讨新型多螺旋复合箍筋约束混凝土方柱的轴压性能,对8根配置多螺旋复合箍筋的混凝土方柱进行了单向轴心受压试验,观察混凝土方柱的破坏过程和破坏形态,探讨了新型多螺旋复合箍筋约束混凝土柱的应力-应变关系曲线,对比分析了箍筋间距、箍筋强度和箍筋形式等因素对混凝土柱强度和延性的影响。结果表明:新型多螺旋复合箍筋可以有效提高钢筋混凝土方柱的强度和延性性能,当箍筋配置合理时,四螺旋复合箍筋柱的峰值强度可提高2倍,五螺旋复合箍筋柱的延性比可达1.98;该类型柱的约束效果要好于传统井字形复合箍筋柱,且五螺旋复合箍筋的约束效果强于四螺旋复合箍筋柱;该类型试件的强度和延性性能会随着箍筋间距的减小而提高,随着箍筋强度的提高而提高,且小间距高强度箍筋约束混凝土试件的应力-应变关系曲线下降段更平缓,变形性能更好;矩形外箍的应力增长要高于螺旋内箍,当试件达到峰值荷载时,普通强度箍筋均屈服,而高强箍筋大部分未屈服,可为试件达到极限破坏状态之前具有良好的延性性能提供一定的安全储备。In order to better understand the axial compressive behavior of square concrete columns confined with new multi-spiral composite stirrups,an experimental study including 8 square concrete columns was performed.The failure process and failure mode of this type of confined concrete square columns were observed,and the stress-strain relationship curves of concrete columns confined with multi-spiral composite stirrup were discussed.The influences of stirrup spacing,stirrup strength and stirrup configuration on the strength and ductility of concrete columns were compared and analyzed.The results show that the new multi-spiral composite stirrups can effectively improve the strength and ductility of reinforced square concrete columns.When the stirrups are properly configured,the peak strength of the four-spiral stirrup can be increased by two times,and the ductility ratio of the five-spiral stirrup can reach 1.98.The constraint effect of this type of columns is better than that with traditional well shaped composite stirrup columns,and the constraint effect of five-spiral composite stirrup column is stronger than that of four-spiral composite stirrup column.The strength and ductility of this type of specimen will increase with the decrease of stirrup spacing and the increase of stirrup strength,and the stress-strain curve of the specimen confined by stirrup with small spacing and high strength is more gentle,and the deformation performance is better.Moreover,the stress growth of the rectangular outer hoop is higher than that of the spiral inner hoop.When the specimens reach the peak load,the normal strength stirrups all yield,while most of the high strength stirrups do not yield,which can provide a certain safety reserve for the specimens to have good ductility before reaching the ultimate failure state.
