摘　　要：为解决我国BIM技术“卡脖子”问题,中建工程产业技术研究院有限公司联合国内优势企业和院校,在多年研发基础上,基于具有完全自主知识产权的国产三维图形平台,面向建筑、公路、铁路等重点领域需求,自主开发了集模型创建、数据管理和专业应用于一体的系列BIM应用软件和集成应用系统,制定了模型共享规则和标准,培育了自主可控国产BIM软件产业化应用生态,建立了工程建造跨专业、跨阶段的、统一的数据集成环境,形成了完整的国产BIM软件应用解决方案,并在行业内大量推广,起到了良好的经济和示范效应。In order to solve the critical problems of BIM technology in China,a R&D team consisted of China Construction Engineering Industry Technology Research Institute and other domestic advantageous enterprises and universities,has independently developed a series of BIM application software and integrated application systems that integrate model creation,data management,and professional applications based on a domestically produced 3D graphics platform with fully independent intellectual property rights,targeting key fields such as architecture,highways,and railways.The research also has formulated model sharing rules and standards,cultivated an autonomous and controllable domestic BIM software industrialization application ecosystem,established a cross professional,cross stage,and unified data integration environment for engineering construction,and formed a complete domestic BIM software application solution.Relevant achievements have been widely promoted in the industry,playing a good economic and demonstration effect.
