摘　　要：针对DLG数据由1980西安坐标系向2000国家大地坐标系转换问题,本文介绍了在.NET平台下,采用布尔莎七参数转换模型法,设计出DLG数据坐标转换程序,并详细描述了程序的总体架构和功能。实践表明,基于.NET的DLG数据坐标转换程序可行,转换精度满足要求,可有效解决DLG数据坐标转换问题。For the conversion of DLG data from the 1980 Xi′an coordinate system to the 2000 national geodetic coordinate system,this paper introduces the data coordinate transformation program based on.NET platform,which uses bursa seven parameter transformation model,and describes detaily the overall framework and functions of the program.The practice has shown that the DLG data coordinate conversion program based on.NET is feasible and the conversion accuracy meets the requirements.The coordinate conversion program can effectively solve the problem of DLG data coordinate conversion.
