摘  要:遥感技术在土地利用方面发挥着重要作用,加强遥感技术在我国土地利用动态监测中的应用,结合实际建立合理可行的监测体系,是当前我国土地管理部门的重要任务。本文在分析土地利用遥感监测监理系统的需求调用、设计和实施情况基础上,对土地利用遥感监测监理业务进行了梳理,并利用计算机语言及地理信息系统技术,开发了土地利用遥感监测监理系统,实现了监理工作的系统化、流程化和信息化,为类似的开发工作提供了借鉴。As an emerging high tech,remote sensing plays an important role in land use.Therefore,it is an important task for land management departments in China to promote the application of remote sensing technology in China’s land use dynamic monitoring and establish a reasonable and feasible monitoring system in combination with practice.This paper firstly analyzes the system requirements,design and implementation of land use remote sensing monitoring supervision system,it then introduces the remote sensing monitoring business in land use,and developed and implemented the land use remote sensing monitoring supervision system,realizing the systematization,process and informatization of supervision by using computer language and geographic information system technology.The system designed and implemented in this paper can be used to guide the development of similar systems.
