摘　　要：血糖监测是糖尿病管理的重要组成部分,血糖监测结果可以反映糖尿病患者糖代谢紊乱程度,用于评价降糖治疗效果,指导调整降糖方案。为规范全院临床血糖监测护理操作,我科自行设计一款血糖检测盒。血糖检测盒主体材料由PVC材料制作,分成四格,两大格和两小格,可以放置床旁血糖检测用物。检测盒侧面张贴不同人群、不同时间血糖正常范围、控制目标分层、危急值及低血糖应急处置流程图,便于临床健康指导,利于及时规范处置低血糖,临床应用效果较好,达到全院同质化管理。Glucose monitoring is an important part of diabetes management.The results of blood glucose monitoring can reflect the degree of glucose metabolism disorder in diabetic patients,which is used to evaluate the effect of hypoglycemic treatment and guide the adjustment of hypoglycemic regimen.In order to standardize the clinical glucose monitoring and nursing operation in the hospital,our department designed a glucose monitoring and detection box by itself.The main material of the blood glucose test box is made of PVC material and divided into four boxes,two grids and two small boxes,which can be placed for the blood glucose test by the bed.On the side of the test box,the flow chart of normal range of different groups,different time,control target stratification,critical value and emergency response of hypoglycemia are posted,which can facilitate clinical health guidance,timely and standardized disposal of hypoglycemia,achieve good clinical application effect,and achieve the homogeneous management of the whole hospital.
