摘 要:提出了基于石油钻具的同轴线传输微波能的技术方案,这一传输线将地面电磁能量传输到井下。分析了微波在石油钻杆和套管构成的同轴传输结构中的传播特性,根据石油行业标准选择了适合微波能量传输的最佳钻具组合,进行了HFSS仿真验证。仿真结果表明,2^(3/8″)API标准石油钻杆和5^(1/2″)标准石油套管构成的同轴线具有最佳传输效率。通过与国内某稠油储层常规热力采油技术的实际作业参数比较分析,证实了所提出的微波能量传输方案切实可行,可用于井下微波能的传输。A technical scheme for coaxial transmission of microwave energy based on oil drilling tools is proposed,which transmits the electromagnetic energy from the ground to the downhole.The propagation characteristics of microwaves in the coaxial transmission structure composed of oil drill pipes and casings are analyzed,and the optimal combination of drilling tools suitable for microwave energy transmission is selected according to petroleum industry standards,and HFSS simulation verification is carried out.The simulation results show that the coaxial line composed of 2~(3/8″) in the API standard oil drill pipe and 5~(1/2″) in the standard oil casing has the best transmission efficiency.Through the comparative analysis with the actual operating parameters of conventional thermal oil production technology in a heavy oil reservoir in China,it is confirmed that the proposed microwave energy transmission scheme is feasible and can be used for the transmission of downhole microwave energy.
