摘  要:为了解决特大跨径拱桥系杆张拉合理方案难以确定的问题,提出了一种基于影响矩阵法的系杆张拉优化方法。该方法基于施工阶段系杆张力对结构内力、应力、反力等的影响矩阵,建立了施工阶段系杆张力与结构总响应的计算关系,给出了系杆张力在各类型响应约束条件下的可行域计算方法,以此求解出系杆张力在任意施工阶段约束条件下的可行域,解决了复杂施工阶段的系杆拱桥分阶段成形最优张拉计算问题。在跨径为507 m的目前世界最大跨飞燕式钢管混凝土拱桥(合江长江公路大桥)中完整地应用了系杆张拉优化方法。结果表明:经过所提出的系杆张拉优化方法优化系杆张拉方案后,仅增加了系杆张拉的次数和张拉力的大小,实现了优化后的成桥状态结构内力和线形与原方案基本保持一致;施工全过程中,拱座的弯矩峰值和水平力峰值分别下降为原设计方案的43%和33%,避免了施工过程中由于拱脚两侧系杆张拉的不合理性引起的基础失稳倾覆以及地基受到的较大水平推力,有效控制了边拱外包混凝土的拉应力,确保了系杆张拉施工全过程结构的安全性。因此,采用基于影响矩阵的系杆张拉优化方法能优化计算出特大跨径系杆拱桥的系杆张拉合理方案,大幅提升了该类型桥梁施工过程中结构的受力合理性。In order to solve the problem of difficulty in determining reasonable scheme for tensioning the bowstrings of super long-span arch bridges,a method for optimizing bowstring tensioning based on the influence matrix method is proposed.Based on the influence matrix of bowstring tension on internal forces,stresses and reactions of the structure,the calculation relationship between bowstring tension and total structural response during the construction stage is established by using the bowstring tensioning optimization method.The calculation method for feasible domain of bowstring tensions under various types of responsive constraint is put forward to solve the feasible domain of bowstring tensions in any construction stage,and the issue of optimal tensioning calculation on staged forming of bowstring arch bridge during complex construction stages is solved.The bowstring tensioning optimization method is fully applied to the world’s currently largest flying-swallow-type CFST arch bridge(Hejiang Yangtze River Highway Bridge)with span of 507 m.The result shows that(1)after optimizing the bowstring tensioning scheme by using the proposed bowstring tensioning optimization method,only the times of bowstring tensioning and the magnitude of tension are increased,and the optimized structural internal forces and linear shape of the finished bridge state are basically consistent with the original scheme;(2)during the whole construction process,the peak bending moment and peak horizontal force of the arch support decreased to 43%and 33%of the original design respectively,the instability and overturning of foundation and significant horizontal thrust on the foundation caused by unreasonable bowstring tensioning on both sides of the arch springing during the construction are avoided,the tensile stresses of the outer concrete of the side arch are controlled effectively,and the structural safety during the whole bowstring tensioning construction is ensured.Therefore,the reasonable scheme of bowstring tensioning on super long-span
