摘 要:目的 观察益气活血方对糖尿病大鼠感觉神经传导速度 (SNCV)及坐骨神经内山梨醇和血浆内皮素 (ET)水平的影响 ,探讨其作用的可能机制。方法 采用链脲佐菌素 (STZ)诱发糖尿病大鼠模型 ,造模 1 w后用益气活血方治疗 ,用药 4 w后测定 SNCV及坐骨神经内山梨醇和血浆 ET水平。结果 糖尿病大鼠 SNCV减慢 ,波幅减小 ,潜伏期延长 ;坐骨神经山梨醇和血浆 ET水平升高 ;与正常组相比差异显著 (P<0 .0 5)。益气活血方治疗组上述改变减轻 ,与糖尿病模型组相比差异显著 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 益气活血方其有防治糖尿病大鼠早期周围神经病变的作用 ,其可能机制是阻断多元醇代谢通路及改善神经血供。Objective To investigate the effects of the recipe of Supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation on sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) and the level of sorbitol in sciatic and endothelin (ET) of plasm in diabetic rats.Methods The model rots suffering from diabetes were induced by streptozotocin (STZ). 1 week after STZ injection diabetic rats were given Chinese Herb. At the end of the experiment, SNCV of caudal nerve were detected with evoked electromyogram as described previously; The level of sorbitol in the sciatic and ET of the plasm were detected by spectrophotography and radio immunity.Results It was showed that the SNCV were significantly reduced, the level of sorbitol in sciatic and ET of the plasm were sigmficantly increased in diabetic rats compared to normal rats. Supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation was able to increase the SNCV significantly, with a lower of the level of sorbitol in sciatic and ET in the plasm in diabetic rats.Conclusions The results suggested that the recipe of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation was able to improve the diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the earlier period. Blocking the polyol accumulation and improving the level blood supplying may be its mechanisms.
