摘　　要：2022年,地区冲突引爆全球网络对抗加剧,勒索软件、数据泄露呈现新变化,全球网络空间安全态势愈发紧张复杂。为此,各国积极推进网络安全顶层规划、扩充网络部队规模、创新装备技术研发及开展联合网络演习,促进作战能力转型升级。通过聚焦网络空间安全领域,系统梳理了2022年全球战略布局、作战力量、装备技术和演习训练最新动态,以期为我国网络空间安全建设提供参考。In 2022,the regional conflict will trigger the intensification of global cyber confrontation,new changes in ransomware and data leakage,and the global cyberspace security situation will become increasingly tense and complex.To this end,countries are actively promoting the top-level planning of cyber security,expanding the scale of cyber forces,researching and developing innovative equipment and technologies,and conducting joint cyber exercises to promote the transformation and upgrading of combat capabilities.This article focuses on the field of cyberspace security,and systematically sorts out the latest developments in global strategic layout,combat forces,equipment technology,and exercises and training in 2022,with a view to providing reference for my country's cyberspace security construction.
