金华市婺城区社区居民烟草危害防治知识知晓情况及健康宣教效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析金华市婺城区社区居民烟草危害防治知识知晓情况及健康宣教效果,为制定金华市控烟对策提供依据。方法采用随机数表法,选取在金华市婺城区青春社区居住时间≥1年、年龄≥18周岁、有固定居所的436名常住居民为调查对象,对其进行烟草危害防治知识健康宣教并对健康宣教效果进行调查。结果开展健康宣教前后居民烟草危害防治知识总体正确率分别为45.24%、78.49%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=56.013,P<0.01);居民吸烟可致疾病知识总体正确率分别为42.73%、58.03%,差异有统计学意义(2=29.126,P<0.01);居民烟草危害态度总体正确率分别为61.42%、72.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=20.332,P<0.01)。结论开展健康宣教后社区居民烟草危害防治知识知晓率和答题正确率明显提高,健康宣教取得了显著效果。应对居民进一步加强烟草危害防治知识健康宣教,提高其知晓率。Objective To know residents’cognition of tobacco hazard knowledge and to evaluate and analyze the effect of publicity and education,in order to provide reference for proposing countermeasures.Methods 436 permanent residents living in youth community of Wucheng District,Jinhua City≥1 year old,≥18 years old and with fixed residence were selected as survey objects by random number table method.Education intervention and effect survey were carried out on residents.Results The overall accuracy of tobacco hazard control knowledge was 45.24% and 78.49% before and after intervention,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=56.013,P<0.01).The overall accuracy of the knowledge that smoking can cause disease was 42.73% and 58.03%,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=29.126,P<0.01).The overall correct rate of tobacco hazard attitude was 61.42%and 72.50%,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=20.332,P<0.01).Conclusion After health publicity,cognition rate and answering correct rate of tobacco harm knowledge improve significantly,and the publicity and education have achieved remarkable results.It is necessary to strengthen the publicity and education of tobacco hazards among residents,and improve cognition rate.
