摘　　要：目的探讨RFM模型在预防接种对象行为分析中的应用,建立预防接种对象行为细分的方法。方法资料来源于2019—2020年甘肃省免疫规划信息系统中出生儿童的基本信息和接种信息,应用RFM模型分析预防接种对象的行为。结果可控配合和极配合的预防接种对象占39.58%,已流失和有流失风险的占30.70%;预防接种对象行为呈现两极化,其他类别的预防接种对象均较少。结论RFM模型可识别出流失对象,为采取针对性的干预措施提供技术支持。Objective To explore the application of RFM model in the behavioral analysis of vaccination recipients,and to establish the method of behavioral segmentation of vaccination recipients.Methods Using basic and vaccination information of children born from 2019 to 2020 in Gansu Province in immunization planning information system,and applying RFM model to analyze the behaviors of vaccination recipients.Results The proportion of vaccination recipients with controllable cooperation and extreme cooperation was 39.58%,while the proportion of those having lost or being at risk of losing was 30.70%.The behavior of vaccination recipients was polarized,while other categories of vaccination recipients were less.Conclusion RFM model identifies attrition targets and provides technical support for targeted interventions.
