摘　　要：目的了解杭州市下城区托幼机构消毒情况,为提高托幼机构消毒质量提供科学依据。方法2018年1月—2021年12月,选取杭州市下城区35家托幼机构作为研究对象,采用现场采样方式调查托幼机构的空气、保教人员手、使用中消毒液、物体表面及紫外线灯日常消毒情况。采用二元logistic回归分析影响消毒合格率的相关因素。结果共检测样本数560份,合格538份,合格率为96.07%。根据检测样品是否合格分为样品合格组及样品不合格组,两组样品在检测项目、托幼机构性质及是否进行消毒培训等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。logistic分析结果得出,民办及未进行消毒培训均为影响消毒不合格的相关因素。结论杭州市下城区托幼机构消毒状况整体较好,但仍有部分原因造成检测不合格。需持续加强消毒检测及管理,并对工作人员开展消毒培训,确保儿童健康。Objective To know the disinfection situation of kindergarten institutions in Xiacheng District,Hangzhou City,and provide scientific basis for improving the quality of disinfection of kindergarten institutions.Methods From January,2018 to December,2021,35 kindergartens in Xiacheng District,Hangzhou City were selected as the inclusion objects,and their daily disinfection conditions were investigated by on-site sampling inspection,including air,hands of teaching staff,disinfectants,surfaces and UV lamps.Binary logistic regression analysis was used to explore the related factors affecting the qualified rate of disinfection.Results A total of 560 samples were tested,and 538 were qualified,with a pass rate of 96.07%.According to whether the sample was qualified or not,the samples were divided into qualified group and non-qualified group.There was statistically significant difference in test items,the characteristics of kindergarten institutions and disinfection training,etc(P<0.05).Results of logistics analysis showed that the private operation and lack of disinfection training were all relevant factors affecting the unqualified disinfection.Conclusion The disinfection situation of kindergarten institutions in Xiacheng District,Hangzhou City is generally good,but there are still some reasons that cause the test to fail.Therefore,it is necessary to continue to strengthen disinfection testing and management,and conduct disinfection training for staff,to ensure children’s health.
