摘　　要：近年来,各类突发公共卫生事件频发,医疗卫生物资需求激增,对社会政治、经济、健康等方面造成严重影响,同时也对医疗卫生物资管理提出了更高的要求。为解决医疗卫生物资管理难的问题,利用大数据、射频识别、移动互联网等技术构建“纵向到底、横向到边”的医疗卫生物资管理系统,整合区域医疗卫生资源。该系统以MySQL数据库管理平台为基础,采用SOA和微服务架构,根据业务功能需求设计功能模块、数据库、接口和数据传输,实现应急医疗卫生物资自动采集、动态监控、预测预警等功能,从而提升医疗卫生物资信息化和智能化管理水平,实现医疗卫生资源优化配置,成为“健康福建”的重要保障。In recent years,various public health emergencies of infectious have occurred frequently,and the demand for medical materials have increased sharply.This causes serious influence on policy,economy and health,etc.;and proposes higher requirements for medical and health material management.In order to solve the problems of material management,medical and health material management system,which covers the whole region is established,with information technology,such as big data,radio frequency identification and mobile Internet.The functional modules,database,interface and data transmission are designed to realize the requirements of automatic collection,dynamic monitoring,prediction and early warning,based on MySQL database management platform,SOA and micro-service architecture.This system can improve the level of information and intelligent management,realize the optimal allocation of resources.This system will be an important guarantee for a“Healthy Fujian”.
