预防医学专业实践教学的改革探索——以杭州市疾病预防控制中心为例

摘　　要：目的创新预防医学实践教学基地的教学和管理模式,探索校企融合提升预防医学实践教学水平的路径。方法选取2018年预防医学专业毕业的34名大学本科实习学生为调查对象。通过学情分析,有针对性地改革创新实习带教模式,开展以岗位胜任能力为导向的主动型实践教学。结果通过实践教学改革,70.6%的调查对象表示在实习过程中学到了很多知识,技能提高快;17.6%的调查对象表示在实习中学到了知识,技能有提高。合作高校对杭州市疾病预防控制中心的实习教学工作高度认可。实习教学改革为高校提供了预防医学实践教学师资、场地、案例、教材等方面的需求,弥补了高校实践教学的不足。结论杭州市疾病预防控制中心在承担高校实践教学基地工作的同时,创新建设实践教学体系和管理模式。创新的实习教学模式为当前高校和疾病预防控制机构紧密协作开展预防医学实践教学创新改革提供了参考借鉴。Objective To innovate practical teaching and management method of preventative medicine in practical teaching base,and explore the path of school-enterprise integration to improve the preventive medicine practical teaching level.Methods 34 undergraduate student interns of preventive medicine major who graduated in 2018 were selected as the investigation objects.Through the analysis of learning status,the teaching mode of practical teaching was reformed and innovated,the post competency-oriented active practical teaching was developed.Results Through the reform of practical teaching,it was found that 70.6% student interns reported that they learnt a lot and their practical skills improved quickly,and 17.6% student interns reported that their practical skills improved.The partner universities were highly satisfied with the internship teaching work.Reform of practical teaching provided universities with preventative medicine practical teachers,venues,cases,and teaching materials etc.,which compensated for the shortcomings of universities practical teaching.Conclusion Being the practical teaching base for universities,Hangzhou Center for Disease Prevention and Control innovates the practical teaching system and management mode.The innovation in the teaching method for practical teaching has provided useful reference for the universities and disease control and prevention institutions collaborating closely on the reform of preventative medicine practical teaching.
