摘　　要：目的构建精神疾病监测最小数据集,为数据交换提供统一规范的数据标准。方法参考卫生信息相关数据集标准和资料,初步形成精神卫生监测最小数据集。利用德尔菲法对拟定的数据集开展两轮调查,分别计算各数据元均值和变异系数,筛选数据元。结果两轮专家咨询积极系数分别为0.920、1.000,权威系数分别为0.880、0.910,协调系数分别为0.188、0.247。根据各数据元均数、变异系数、满分比等指标筛选界值表。参考专家意见,第一轮删除5个数据元,增加2个数据元;第二轮删除4个数据元;最终筛选出93个数据元。结论精神卫生疾病监测最小数据集涵盖了监测需求的基本信息,可以为各地精神卫生监测规范化建设提供参考意见。Objective To construct the basic data set of mental health monitoring,and provide unified and standardized data standard for data exchange.Methods The minimum data set of mental health monitoring was initially formed by referring to the standards and data of health information related data sets.Delphi expert consultation method was used to carry out two rounds of evaluation on the proposed data set.The data elements were screened,and the mean value and coefficient of variation of each data element were calculated.Results The positive coefficients of experts in the two rounds of consultation were 0.920 and 1.000 respectively.The coefficient of expert authority was 0.880 and 0.910.And the coefficient of expert coordination was 0.188 and 0.247 respectively.According to the mean of each data element,coefficient of variation and full score ratio,and referring to experts’opinions,5 data elements were deleted and 2 data elements were added in the first round.4 data elements were deleted in the second round.Finally,93 data elements were screened out.Conclusion The minimum data set constructed covers the basic information of mental health disease monitoring,which can provide guidance for the standardization construction in various regions.
