摘　　要：目的了解儿童监护人对预防接种服务满意度的现状及影响因素。方法2020年6—12月,采用网络问卷对首次带儿童前往广州市白云区预防接种门诊接种疫苗的儿童监护人开展预防接种服务满意度调查。采用Pearson相关分析服务满意度与接种压力的相关性,采用二元logistic回归分析调查对象预防接种服务满意度的影响因素。结果儿童监护人对预防接种服务的综合满意度得分为(4.05±0.60)分,其中,服务技术、服务态度的满意度得分较高,现场等候/排队时间的满意度得分最低。儿童监护人的文化程度、居住地属性、接种门诊性质及门诊接种服务压力是接种服务满意度的影响因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童监护人对预防接种服务总体满意,应加强预约接种信息化建设,优化现场接种流程,科学提高接种效率,缓解接种服务压力。Objective To know the status and influencing factors of child guardians’satisfaction with vaccination services.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the satisfaction of children’s guardians who took their babies to the vaccination clinic in Baiyun District,Guangzhou for the first time for vaccination services from June to December,2020.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between service satisfaction and vaccination pressure,and binary logistic regression was adopted to analyze the factors influencing survey respondents’satisfaction with vaccination services.Results The overall satisfaction score of child guardians with the vaccination service was(4.05±0.60),in which the satisfaction scores of service technology and service attitude were higher and the satisfaction score of on-site waiting/queuing time was the lowest.Children’s guardians’education level,residence attributes,nature of vaccination clinics and pressure on outpatient vaccination services were the influencing factors of satisfaction with vaccination services,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Children’s guardians are generally satisfied with the vaccination service,and the research results suggest that it is necessary to strengthen the information construction of vaccination appointments,optimize the on-site vaccination process,scientifically improve the efficiency of vaccination,and ease the pressure of vaccination services.
