社会参与老年艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋患者健康状况的相关性研究

摘　　要：随着全球科技水平和医疗技术水平的不断提高,世界各国人均预期寿命得以延长,然而,随之而来的人口老龄化进程提速却给全球公共卫生带来了极大的负担,尤其是50岁及以上艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病患者(People living with HIV/AIDS,PLWHA)的健康状况随着预期寿命延长变得尤为复杂。社会参与是积极应对老龄化的基础,可以对老年人身心健康产生积极的健康结果。目前,50岁及以上PLWHA人群的健康状况不容乐观,主要是因为其社会参与受到社会污名化、卫生服务、系统性政策3个方面受到制约。因此,分析社会参与与老年HIV感染者/AIDS患者健康状况的相关性并提出合理的建议,对进一步提高其健康水平具有重要意义。Life expectancy per capita of the world population has increased since scientific and technological,and medical techniques continue to advance around the world.However,the concomitant acceleration of population aging poses a significant burden on global public health,and in particular,the factors influencing the health status of people living with HIV and AIDS(PLWHA)aged 50 years and older become especially complex as their life expectancy increases.Social participation is the foundation of active aging,and it enhances both physical and mental well-being of the elderly.The social participation of PLWHA over 50 years old is restricted by three main aspects,namely,stigma,health services and policy.Therefore,the association between social participation and health status of older PLWHA is analyzed,and reasonable suggestions are proposed.This is important for the further improvement of their health level.
