2017—2019年通辽市宾馆公共用品用具监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解通辽市宾馆公共用品用具卫生状况,掌握微生物指标监测情况,为加强宾馆场所卫生监管提供依据。方法采取分层抽样方法,对通辽市市区内18家宾馆的公共用品用具(漱口杯、茶具、毛巾、床单)进行采样、检测,并对公共用品用具合格率进行统计分析。结果2017—2019年通辽市18家宾馆夏季、冬季公共用品用具监测合格率比较差异均有统计学意义(χ_(夏季)^(2)=186.56,P<0.05;χ_(冬季)^(2)=88.65,P<0.05);不同年份三星级以上宾馆、三星级以下宾馆、快捷宾馆公共用品用具中的漱口杯、茶具、毛巾、床单菌落总数合格率比较差异均有统计学意义(χ_(漱口杯)^(2)=127.82,P<0.05;χ_(茶具)^(2)=115.54,P<0.05;χ_(毛巾)^(2)=116.68,P<0.05;χ_(床单)^(2)=69.35,P<0.05)。造成宾馆公共用品用具合格率低的原因主要是菌落总数超标,不同年份公共用品用具菌落总数合格率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=254.05,P<0.05),且呈逐年上升趋势。结论通辽市宾馆公共用品用具合格率呈逐年上升趋势,但部分公共用品用具合格率偏低,应加强规范消毒和管理。Objective To know the health status of the hotels in Tongliao City,and grasp the monitoring situation of microbial indicators,in order to provide basis for strengthening health supervision and management in hotels.Methods By stratified sampling method,public goods and appliances,such as mouthwash cups,tea sets,towels and bed sheets,are sampled and tested in 18 hotels in Tongliao City.Pass rate will be added up and analyzed.Results Pass rate of monitoring results in summer and winter from 2017 to 2019 was statistically different(χ_(summer)^(2)=186.56,P<0.05;χ_(winter)^(2)=88.65,P<0.05).The difference of qualified rate on tooth mugs,tea sets,towels and sheets was statistically significant in different years in hotels of three levels:three-star-above,three-star-below and express hotels(χ_(mouthwash cups)^(2)=127.82,P<0.05;χ_(tea sets)^(2)=115.54,P<0.05;χ_(towels)^(2)=116.68,P<0.05;χ_(sheets)^(2)=69.35,P<0.05).The reason for low pass rate of public goods and appliances was that the total number of colonies exceeded the standard.There was significant difference in the qualified rate of the total number of colonies in different years(χ^(2)=254.05,P<0.05),and the trend was rising year by year.Conclusion The qualified rate of public goods and appliances is increasing year by year,but the qualified rate of some public goods is low.The standard disinfection should be strengthened.
